MindgameZ Game Masters are independent contractors with their own personal style. We don't require a uniform, a particular hairstyle, or a specific combination of clothing.

We do require a professional result.

A Game Master should arrive clean, neat, professional, and readily identifiable as the person conducting the MindgameZ event.

Game Masters don't spend the entire event behind a microphone.

You may approach tables, introduce yourself to guests, invite people to participate, answer questions, collect event information, speak with venue staff, and help guests understand what's happening.

Imagine being a guest when someone you've never met suddenly walks up to your table and starts asking questions.

Your overall presentation provides important context.

Guests and venue staff should be able to reasonably recognize that you're the Game Master conducting the event, not simply another customer in the venue.

That's why professional presentation is part of delivering a great MindgameZ experience.

There isn't one required look, and professional doesn't necessarily mean formal.

Your overall presentation should be:

• Clean and well maintained

• Neat and intentional

• Appropriate for a public-facing entertainment role

• Suitable for interacting professionally with guests and venue management

• Consistent with being readily recognized as the Game Master conducting the event

Many different clothing choices and personal styles can accomplish this.

The goal isn't to dress formally. The goal is to present yourself as a professional entertainment host whom guests and venue staff can comfortably recognize and approach.

MindgameZ-branded clothing can make it particularly easy for guests and venue staff to identify you as the Game Master.

It is not required unless specifically agreed upon for a particular engagement.

Contractors may choose another professional presentation that satisfies the applicable MindgameZ Brand Standards.

Professional presentation also includes basic grooming appropriate for a public-facing role.

MindgameZ does not prescribe a particular hairstyle, facial-hair style, or personal aesthetic.

The relevant question is the overall result:

Does your presentation allow you to comfortably and professionally represent the event when approaching guests and interacting with the venue?

Before leaving for an event, ask yourself:

If I walked up to a table of guests who had never met me, would my overall presentation help them understand that I'm the professional running tonight's game?

If the answer is yes, you're probably accomplishing the goal.

We're happy to tell you whether we believe a particular presentation would satisfy the Brand Standards or provide examples of approaches that generally work well.

Any examples or suggestions provided by MindgameZ are illustrative guidance, not required attire.

Look professional. Be recognizable as the Game Master. Then make the role your own.

MindgameZ Brand Standards establish the professional outcome expected at our events. Independent contractors retain control over their personal style and how they achieve that outcome.
